These terms apply when you use the Discord bot Muninn ("the bot"), developed by Odin ("we"). By using the bot or adding it to a server, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the bot.
1. Who can use it
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including Discord's minimum age. Server admins who add the bot are responsible for how it is configured in their server.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the bot to:
- harass, threaten or harm others, or create hateful, sexual or violent content involving real people;
- generate illegal content, malware, scams or spam;
- try to break, overload or exploit the bot (for example by automating commands or abusing bugs to gain coins);
- trick the AI into producing content that breaks these rules or Discord's rules.
You also agree to Google's Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy, because AI features are powered by Google Gemini.
3. AI-generated content
Replies, images, summaries, translations, game content and moderation flags are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions. AI moderation only flags messages for human moderators; it can miss things or flag harmless messages.
4. Virtual coins and items
Coins, XP, levels, items and achievements are for fun only. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for money, and may be changed, reset or removed at any time (for example after abuse or a bug). The casino games use only these virtual coins and are not gambling with real money.
5. Availability
The bot is a free hobby project provided "as is", without warranties. It may be offline, slow, rate-limited or changed at any time, and features (especially AI features that depend on Google's services) may stop working. We may stop running the bot entirely.
6. Enforcement
We may block users or servers from the bot, and delete their bot data, if they break these terms.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages from using the bot, including lost data, content produced by the AI, or actions taken by server moderators using the bot.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the bot after a change means you accept the new terms.

Community and study features
Tournament prizes, quests and cosmetics use virtual coins with no cash value. Hosts fund tournament prizes; cancellations refund those coins. Deadlines and disputes may require staff adjudication. Matchmaking only arranges a pairing and does not guarantee a game or a fair opponent.
Review AI-generated flashcards and summaries for accuracy. AI limits measure API attempts and provider-reported tokens; in-flight requests may exceed token thresholds, and these controls are not a guaranteed monetary spending cap. Optional NYT Wordle and GIF integrations depend on permitted third-party access and may fall back or be unavailable.
